What We Wash
Everyday, machine-washable household laundry.

- Standard dog bedding that is free of waste & excessive hair
If it normally goes in your home washer and is in regular condition — we can likely wash it. Not sure? Just message us.
How We Wash
Gentle, effective, and fragrance-free by default.
We use a hypoallergenic, fragrance-free, high-efficiency (HE) liquid detergent as our standard. It cleans effectively without adding any scent to your clothing or linens.
If you prefer a scented finish ("clean scent"), please let us know prior to your scheduled pickup so we can process your laundry accordingly.
- Measured detergent, never over-poured
- Cold or warm water selected based on fabric type
- Oxygen booster used when appropriate
What We Don't Wash
To protect all families and prevent cross-contamination.
We cannot accept the following items:
- Items with bodily fluids (urine, feces, vomit)
- Pest-contaminated linens (droppings or strong odor)
- Oil treated / heavily oiled items including massage oils / spa oils (available under business linen service)
- Oil, fuel, chemical or paint-soaked fabrics
- Heavy construction gear
- Delicates needing hand-wash or dry clean
- Silk, cashmere, leather, suede
- Duvets
If contaminated items are found, we may decline the load. We serve multiple households; biohazard cleaning is not something we provide.
How to Pack
Use what you already have.
Please place any items you want washed separately in separate bags. No need to buy anything new — we're happy to work with bags or hampers you already have. Reusing what you have is also the more sustainable option.
- Use tied bags, IKEA bags, laundry baskets, or garbage bags
- Close bags securely
- Label bags if helpful (Whites / Towels / Kids)
- Leave bags out on pickup day
How We Dry & Fold
Neatly dried, carefully folded.
- Items are dried promptly after washing
- Dryer balls are used instead of heavily scented dryer sheets
- Heat is selected based on fabric type
- Clothes are folded neatly and consistently
- Socks are paired
- Towels are stacked uniformly

Air dry? No dryer for certain pieces? Special note about a stain?
No note = standard wash & dry.
One-Off Service
Pricing & service area.
$2.75/lb
$55 minimum per order · 24-48 hour standard turnaround
Pickup and delivery are included for addresses within our standard Ottawa West/Nepean service area. Orders outside this area are subject to an additional delivery fee.
- Final pricing is confirmed after pickup, once your laundry has been weighed.
- We accept e-transfer and credit card payments.
- 24-hour rush service may be available for an additional fee.
